Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disputes promptly and impartially.
- Provide expert guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Support performance management processes, including documentation, coaching, and necessary disciplinary actions.
- Devise and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster workplace culture and improve retention rates.
- Facilitate employee relations training for managers on critical topics such as conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace conduct.
- Maintain precise and confidential records of employee relations documentation.
- Analyze trends and metrics in employee relations to identify patterns and propose preventive strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle organizational development and employee experience challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and organizational policies in all employee relations activities.
