Join our dynamic team as an Energiefixer at bleeve, a rapidly growing company focused on making homes and neighborhoods more sustainable. Your primary objective will be to assist homeowners and renters facing energy poverty in improving their homes. In doing so, you will contribute to a better world!
We are currently seeking Energiefixers in Rotterdam who can help residents implement small energy-saving measures. Additionally, we are looking for individuals to join our Promoteam to encourage residents to schedule appointments with an Energiefixer.
What will you be doing?
As an Energiefixer in Rotterdam, you will be the face of our company, playing a crucial role in helping low-income individuals make their homes more sustainable. You will work alongside a team, traveling across the country to visit homes. You will knock on doors and, with permission, implement energy-saving measures such as replacing lightbulbs, applying weather stripping, and installing water-saving showerheads. You will also provide energy-saving tips. Residents will often be aware of your visit, so you will not come across as a salesperson. After each home visit, you will simply log your conversation in a form, and then it's on to the next one!
As a member of the Promoteam, you will engage residents in scheduling appointments with our Energiefixers. This may involve going door-to-door or visiting community centers. Residents are typically informed about your purpose, so your approach is welcomed rather than intrusive. Additionally, what you offer is free for the residents. Sometimes, you may need to persuade individuals about the importance of the appointment. In short, you will help schedule appointments so that your colleagues can have full days and we can collectively assist many people.

After six months, we will assess your development opportunities within bleeve, which may lead to roles such as Technical Specialist, Door-to-Door Activator, or Home Advisor. We have an extensive knowledge base to support your growth and help you make an impact. As an Energiefixer, you will learn to work at an impact-focused company, potentially continuing your talents in various aspects of our sustainable scale-up!
