We are seeking a detail-oriented Energy and Utilities Analyst to join our Property Management Department. You will be an integral part of the Utility Administration Section within the General Services Division, reporting directly to the City’s Energy Manager.
As an Energy and Utilities Analyst, you will undertake a range of analytical support tasks related to the management of operating expenses for City facilities, sourced from utility service providers for electricity and natural gas, as well as overseeing franchise fee revenues from natural gas and telecommunications providers. Your key performance objectives will focus on Utility Expense Management, Data Integrity and Reporting, and Revenue Assurance.
