Over time, Engagement Managers become trusted advisors, serving as the primary resource for clients regarding technical hiring. They cultivate deep relationships, gain intimate knowledge of customer objectives, and proactively guide them toward achieving their goals. EMs play a crucial role as HackerRank's eyes and ears in the marketplace—gathering trends, feedback, and identifying unmet needs. Their insights are vital in shaping our product roadmap and strategy.
