About the Role
We are in search of an Engineering Lead/Manager to co-lead our B2B Card Issuance vertical in partnership with our senior engineering leadership based in Malta. This position requires strong technical leadership, ownership of delivery, and adept people management skills to build and maintain highly reliable, secure, and scalable backend services.
You will oversee a mid-sized team and be responsible for the delivery, quality, production stability, and effectiveness of the team.
