About the Issuing Engineering Team
The issuing engineering team at Airwallex is responsible for building and managing core systems that facilitate card issuing, transaction processing, and settlement on a global scale. Our team oversees mission-critical platforms that support Airwallex’s issuing products, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and compliant. Key responsibilities include:
Cards: Development and management of customer-facing and internal systems for card lifecycle management, controls, and configurations.
Transactions: Design and operation of a global, high-throughput transaction processing platform focused on low latency, high availability, and resilience.
Settlement: Management of clearance, settlement, and dispute workflows essential for operational success.
