We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher with a focus on Art to join our vibrant international high school in Zhuhai. This full-time role is available for immediate start or from February 2026.
About Our School
As a newly established K–12 institution, our school in Zhuhai caters to approximately 1,000 students. Our private international department, with around 1,000 enrolled students, adheres to a Canadian-aligned curriculum and is supported by a diverse team of over 70 educators, including international faculty. We pride ourselves on fostering global-minded education, rigorous academics, and providing pathways to universities abroad.
Position Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English and Art lessons to high school students in Grades 9–12, utilizing the Canadian-standard OSSD framework to ensure a stimulating learning environment.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, employ effective tutoring techniques, design assessments, and provide constructive report comments.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and develop the school's curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student progress, setting achievable targets for all learners to thrive and improve.
- Offer clear and valuable feedback to students and their families.
- Create a supportive and safe classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Conduct a teaching schedule of 20 classes per week, with each session lasting 40 minutes.
