Your Role
Clasp is in search of a dynamic Account Executive to transform qualified leads into lasting, high-value customer partnerships. This consultative, enterprise sales position is ideal for individuals who excel in complex buying environments, manage deals from inception to closure, and apply curiosity, discipline, and strategic insight to every transaction.
As an Account Executive at Clasp, you will navigate prospects from initial conversations to successful closure by employing deep discovery techniques, customized solutions, and data-driven storytelling. You will work collaboratively with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, Product, and Leadership to provide a trustworthy buying experience that embodies Clasp's values. This role is vital for accelerating annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth, enhancing Clasp's market presence, and ensuring that customers perceive Clasp as a genuine strategic partner rather than merely a vendor.
Your Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts and consistently achieve or surpass quarterly ARR targets.
Lead intricate, consultative sales processes from discovery to closure, aligning Clasp’s offerings with customer business objectives.
Deliver compelling and well-structured sales presentations utilizing top-tier enterprise methodologies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and their impact on customer success.
