About the Role
This position plays a key role in acquiring new customers while driving growth within our existing client base. As a consultative and strategic advisor, you will utilize your in-depth product knowledge, customer insights, and a results-oriented mindset to achieve both new business acquisition and customer retention. This role supports Culture Amp’s mission by building impactful partnerships and delivering measurable ROI to our clients through the utilization of our employee experience platform.
In this role you will:
New Business Acquisition (approximately 60–70%)
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through a blend of outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and participation in both virtual and in-person marketing events. Develop tailored outreach and account strategies for targeted Tier 1 Accounts.
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations for HR Executives, establishing credibility and showcasing Culture Amp’s unique advantages.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, expertly guiding prospects through each stage of the sales process from discovery to closing.
- Create and present compelling business cases for prospects to adopt Culture Amp’s platform, utilizing data insights and ROI calculations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (including legal, procurement, and security) to eliminate obstacles and expedite deal closures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
