FireHydrant, a part of Freshworks, is on a mission to empower large organizations with cutting-edge incident management solutions. In this role, you will engage with complex, technical stakeholders across various sectors, driving new enterprise logo acquisitions while expanding strategic accounts.
Your expertise will be pivotal in leading intricate and consultative sales cycles, collaborating with DevOps, SREs, Engineering, IT, and executive leaders to enhance incident response and operational resilience.
This position is perfect for an experienced enterprise seller who excels in navigating ambiguity and complex buying committees. Your contributions will have a significant impact at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accelerate Enterprise Growth: Implement account strategies to acquire and nurture enterprise customers.
- Manage the Complete Sales Cycle: Lead sales processes from initial discovery through negotiation to closing deals.
