About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within a targeted portfolio of enterprise accounts across Behavox’s key sectors: Banking and Capital Markets, Asset and Wealth Management, Private Equity, and Commodities. This position primarily focuses on new business acquisition, managing complex sales cycles averaging nine months, with deals exceeding $200,000, while also overseeing select expansion and renewal efforts within a limited number of existing accounts.
As the owner of the complete commercial sales lifecycle, the Account Executive will lead outbound prospecting, qualification, value proposition development for both senior business stakeholders and functional buyers, commercial negotiations, and contract execution for the Behavox Controls Platform. This role is accountable for clearly articulating and advancing a compelling business value case that aligns with customer strategic goals, economic outcomes, and executive priorities. The Account Executive will maintain rigorous sales execution through precise pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot. After the initial contract is signed, the Account Executive will retain commercial oversight of the account and collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
