As we pursue our ambitious growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and capitalize on the significant market opportunities available.
Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will engage with enterprise clients under the CME umbrella. Your well-informed perspective on Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI will guide your successful execution strategy and deliver substantial value to our clients.
Your Impact:
- Establish and nurture relationships with CIOs, IT executives, line-of-business leaders, program managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive value-based growth within your assigned accounts.
- Expand Databricks' presence across new business units and use cases.
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including use cases, purchasing timelines, next steps, and forecasting using Salesforce.
- Utilize a solution-oriented sales approach to create value for your customers.
- Promote Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform powered by Apache Spark™ and Delta Lake.
- Prioritize sales opportunities and effectively leverage internal resources.
- Develop a comprehensive plan for success both within Databricks and with your accounts.
What We Seek:
- You have a proven track record of success in an early-stage company, demonstrating your ability to thrive with minimal oversight.
- Previous experience in field sales, particularly in big data, cloud computing, and SaaS, with a focus on consumption-based selling.
- Established relationships with CIOs, program managers, and key decision-makers in local accounts.
- Ability to distill complex technical capabilities into clear customer benefits.
