You will be part of a dynamic team of seasoned sales professionals dedicated to engaging large multinational enterprises. As we continue to expand in the Enterprise sector, we have achieved significant victories with remarkable clients, presenting ample opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. We are seeking talented individuals who can adeptly navigate the complexities of new business development while managing sophisticated sales opportunities.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a subject matter expert on our Workforce and Customer Identity Cloud solutions.
- Developing strategic visions and action plans for your assigned accounts using a tiered approach.
- Creating detailed account plans that encompass customer strategies, financial metrics, challenges, objectives, and key stakeholders.
- Proactively generating leads through InMails, events, networking, and innovative outreach, ensuring a robust pipeline to achieve your sales targets.
- Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Marketing, and our partner ecosystem to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to enhance customer success and drive growth for Okta.
- Employing a value-based sales methodology, consistently delivering compelling insights to our clients.
- Establishing trusted advisory relationships with executives in your accounts, utilizing Okta technology to support their strategic objectives.
- Applying the MEDDPICC sales methodology to effectively navigate complex sales cycles and overcome obstacles to closing deals.
- Creating mutual action plans with customers to foster shared accountability and drive results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive solutions for our clients.
