We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within our Zurich territory. This role requires a proactive approach to developing and executing a strategic sales plan tailored to our innovative solutions.
Ideal candidates will be based in Zurich, facilitating our hybrid work environment.
Your Impact
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within your pipeline.
- Strategically engage with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Forge and nurture strong relationships that lead to significant growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with enterprise ecosystem partners and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in our comprehensive sales enablement programs, including Sales Bootcamp and advanced sales training sessions.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to convey the business value of complex enterprise technologies.
- Experience co-selling with major cloud service providers and large global systems integrators.
- Expertise in building relationships with business champions.
- Highly driven, competitive, and enthusiastic about achieving success.
- Must reside within the assigned territory.
