About The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive with a pioneering spirit to join our Go-To-Market Sales Team. You will be a key player in building a robust pipeline, driving revenue growth, and expanding our most strategic customer relationships. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will help define and refine our sales processes, provide valuable customer feedback to influence our product roadmap, and contribute significantly to our sales objectives.
What You'll Achieve:
Oversee the complete sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewals.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve new business goals and enhance our customer portfolio.
Navigate complex organizational structures to cultivate relationships with executive sponsors and champions.
Gain an in-depth understanding of customers' business objectives to facilitate impactful discovery sessions and present customized solutions.
Craft and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive positive ROI and foster long-term partnerships.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
6+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably within a fast-paced software environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for relationship-building.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
