As an Enterprise Account Executive reporting directly to the Enterprise Sales Leader for the Public Sector, you will collaborate with a team of skilled data, AI, and industry experts. Your primary objective will be to enhance the adoption of Databricks within public sector enterprise organizations. You will provide an insightful and persuasive perspective on data and advanced analytics, shaping a successful go-to-market strategy. In close cooperation with internal teams and partners, you will deliver exceptional value to a select group of prominent enterprise customers, focusing on growth across two strategic accounts.
Your Impact:
- Evaluate your accounts and devise a strategy to engage all buying centers, guiding deals forward to expedite decision cycles.
- Adopt a solution-based approach to selling while creating value for new logo accounts.
- Identify and secure quick, small wins while managing longer, more complex sales cycles.
- Support the broader Data and AI transformation objectives of your customers through strategic partnerships, well-defined professional services, training, and targeted executive engagement.
- Deliver exceptional value in all engagements to facilitate successful negotiations and closures.
- Coordinate with teams to maximize your ecosystem's impact.
- Own the consumption narrative with your customers, utilizing demand plans to pinpoint the most viable use cases in each account and maximize Databricks’ effect.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach by delivering technical and business results using the Databricks Intelligence Platform.
