Join our dynamic Revenue team as an Enterprise Account Executive, where you will play an integral role in driving our mid-market and enterprise sales initiatives. Your expertise in consultative selling and project leadership will be crucial as you assist complex, multi-region clients in exploring, designing, and deploying Intellect's innovative mental health benefits technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including HR leaders, wellbeing champions, and C-suite executives, to identify organizational challenges, establish success criteria, and align strategic objectives.
- Engage with Economic Buyers early in the process to secure visibility and sponsorship.
Consultative Solution Development:
- Co-create customized wellbeing roadmaps utilizing Intellect's comprehensive digital, clinical, and consulting services.
- Adopt a consultative approach by personalizing each solution to meet the unique context and goals of every client.
Enterprise Account & Project Leadership:
- Lead the execution of cross-regional deals, coordinating resources and local champions throughout the APAC region.
- Manage implementation timelines and milestones, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team for future renewals and expansions.
Pipeline Ownership & Forecasting:
- Maintain a robust pipeline covering 3x quota with precise forecasting in HubSpot (or similar tools).
- Conduct proactive deal reviews and territory planning to achieve quarterly revenue objectives.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with clinical experts, product teams, and delivery personnel to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
- Gather market and client insights to inform product enhancements and establish internal best practices.
