Your Mission
As an Account Executive specializing in Telecommunications, you will forge strategic partnerships with leading telecommunications companies in Japan, providing extensive support ranging from enhancing network operations to driving enterprise-wide transformation. You will collaborate closely with C-level executives, business leaders across various divisions, network operations teams, IT/OSS and BSS departments, and process excellence/automation teams to create transformative value using UiPath's automation platform. This position plays a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, enhancing service quality, optimizing costs, and elevating customer experience (CX), thereby bolstering the competitive edge of our client organizations.
Your Responsibilities at UiPath
■ Territory Strategy and Sales Activities
- Analyze market opportunities within the Japanese telecommunications sector to devise strategies that maximize pipeline expansion and revenue growth.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles to ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Employ a value-selling approach tailored to the specific challenges of the telecommunications industry, such as network operations, incident response, onboarding processes, and customer support, to propose and promote UiPath’s solutions.
■ Customer Engagement and Value Creation
- Effectively communicate the quantitative and qualitative value of UiPath’s solutions to both operational teams and executive management.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders from frontline operations to executive levels, establishing a foundation of trust.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maximize implementation value, encourage adoption, and continuously address challenges.
■ Ecosystem Collaboration and Market Development
- Partner with local firms, telecommunications system integrators, global systems integrators, and technology partners to jointly create business opportunities and drive customer success.
- Continuously monitor competitive trends, emerging technologies (5G/next-gen networks, cloud, AI), and industry dynamics to support customers in developing their DX strategies and automation roadmaps.
- Regularly provide internal feedback on customer needs, industry challenges, competitive insights, and new service opportunities.
- Adhere to various policies shared within UiPath as a committed team member.
Your Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts in an engaging manner that motivates implementation commitment.
- Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and building relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Strong cross-functional skills, enabling you to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of the complex organizational structures of large telecommunications providers, capable of building relationships across multiple departments and levels.
- Insightful understanding of operational improvements, optimization, and DX initiatives within the telecommunications sector.
- Experience in account planning based on data analysis and research.
- Ability to identify potential opportunities through dialogue with business units and translate them into actionable proposals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a critical thinking approach to navigate complex challenges.
- Skills to propose value to financial and managerial decision-makers based on business cases and ROI rather than mere functionality.
