Your Role: As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you will collaborate closely with our agile team to facilitate the delivery of critical projects and guide our clients through their agile transformation journeys. This includes developing resources for client projects, assessing teams and organizational structures, and providing key metrics to track progression and improvement. You will often work in tandem with different team members, embodying the essence of collaboration.
- Develop and refine the Agile transformation roadmap, driving initiatives throughout the organization.
- Create and monitor Agile adoption and maturity metrics to enhance transformation efforts and evaluate team progress.
- Define and uphold agile standards and best practices in alignment with the Agile Lead’s vision.
- Champion best practices for scaling and optimizing agile methodologies.
- Design and deliver training materials across the organization.
- Provide personalized coaching to delivery team members, managers, executives, and staff across the company.
- Organize and facilitate communities of practice to promote lean and agile methodologies.
- Mentor Agile delivery teams and stakeholders to help them embrace the agile mindset and practices necessary for organizational transformation.
- Adapt to various roles as needed, including Scrum Master and Team Coach, based on organizational requirements and your expertise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
