Advance Your Sales Career
If you have up to two years of sales experience — be it in SaaS, door-to-door, or any outbound selling scenario — this is your chance to transition into enterprise sales. At Mimica, you will develop expertise in navigating intricate buying processes, engaging high-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies, and honing your skills in multi-threaded, high-value sales strategies. As a vital member of our early sales team, you will contribute to our growth by generating qualified leads, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and establishing a solid foundation for a long-term career in enterprise software sales.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize strategic target accounts to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
Create and deliver personalized outreach strategies — including cold call scripts and LinkedIn/email sequences — utilizing tools such as Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Implement outbound and inbound campaigns, ensuring consistent follow-up with marketing-qualified leads to maintain an active sales pipeline.
Qualify and nurture leads through discovery conversations to schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Engage in discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision-makers at target accounts, gaining exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles.
Monitor pipeline activity and maintain precise, detailed records in Salesforce, including account information, deal size, and status, to support accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with the broader sales team to continually enhance our playbooks, processes, and tools.
What You Bring to the Table
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles, showcasing consistency, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
