We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud, Systems & Messaging Administrator to join our Information Technology Services (ITS) team. This role is pivotal in managing our technology infrastructure and applications that support the HRA and DHS.
As a Computer Specialist (Software) Level II, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Windows and DHS domains, including users, groups, workstations, and servers in both on-premises and Azure environments.
- Administering Entra ID (Azure AD) with a focus on enforcing MFA, conditional access policies, and governance features to ensure security.
- Overseeing Centrify Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Group Policy administration.
- Administering Windows Server systems and managing user access to shared resources.
- Supporting Power Platform administration to facilitate process automation and app development.
- Ensuring secure endpoint access for mobile devices and managing access permissions for development environments.
- Monitoring compliance with the Citywide IT policies and procedures.
