Role Overview:
We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enhance our expanding Enterprise business. In this role, you will manage the post-sale customer experience for a dedicated portfolio, focusing on customer onboarding and revenue retention. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing your analytical skills to achieve shared success metrics with customers.
- Implementing and optimizing solutions to enhance product performance.
- Creating data-driven narratives that offer insightful guidance, collaborating with our Sales and Product Strategy teams to achieve mutual success.
- Working with AdOps to ensure the precise implementation of new campaigns and integrations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner and recruitment expert for key customer stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers, understanding their challenges and providing strategic insights to help achieve their recruiting goals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Strategy teams to enhance customer experience, driving revenue retention, renewals, and upsells.
- Monitor and optimize performance to exceed success metrics.
- Oversee account setup and manage the implementation process, including customer training and support.
