About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to lead our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive product strategy, roadmap, and daily operations concerning indirect procurement via Zip and Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and various cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, compliant, and scalable intake-to-pay process encompassing sourcing, supplier onboarding, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.
This position requires extensive systems knowledge and a strong understanding of business processes. You should possess hands-on experience with Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement (Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Self-Service Procurement, AP) and have a proven history of enhancing indirect procurement in rapidly growing environments. Your influence will help shape the evolution of our procurement technology ecosystem, striking a balance between user experience, controls, data integrity, and long-term scalability while driving measurable outcomes, including cycle time, touchless rate, first-pass match, spend visibility, and compliance.
This position is based in San Francisco, CA, and follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office each week, with relocation assistance available for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish the vision, key performance indicators (KPIs), and a multi-phase roadmap for P2P across Zip, Oracle Fusion, and related tools, aligning immediate business needs with a long-term systems strategy.
Adopt a dual role as both an operator and architect: design, configure, test, and implement process enhancements while continuously refining the future-state procurement technology ecosystem.
Oversee the complete P2P operating model (intake → approvals → PO/receiving → invoicing → payment), ensuring scalability, auditability, and alignment with the company’s growth trajectory.
Convert business requirements into precise builds (use cases, functional specs, test scripts) and guide delivery through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and release communications.
Build robust data foundations by driving supplier master governance, category and contract alignment, tax and compliance regulations, and segregation-of-duties controls.
Design integrations using OIC/Workato and REST APIs to ensure seamless system transitions across intake (e.g., Zip), CLM (e.g., Ironclad), AP automation/e-invoicing, tax engines, and analytics.
Create and utilize dashboards (cycle time, touchless rate, exception rates, supplier performance) to drive backlog prioritization and strategic investments.
