We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead our expansion into major healthcare organizations across the nation. In this pivotal role, you will establish, nurture, and expand national enterprise accounts, many of which generate over $2 billion annually and are strategically located throughout the United States.
As an integral part of our team, you will cultivate consultative relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders, while collaborating closely with regional and facility managers to pinpoint how Curri’s innovative last-mile delivery and technology solutions can effectively address critical operational hurdles.
This position demands proficiency in both top-down and bottom-up sales strategies, a commanding executive presence, and the capability to align internal stakeholders to foster growth across your portfolio.
Your Responsibilities:
Become the foremost expert on your accounts, understanding them as deeply as the clients' internal teams do.
Develop lasting, consultative partnerships with enterprise clients, embodying a “customer for life” philosophy.
Identify optimal solutions from Curri’s delivery and software suite that cater to customer needs, showcasing high-ROI logistics options for time-critical, impactful deliveries.
Position Curri as the premier partner for last-mile delivery solutions in the construction, industrial, and evolving medical landscapes.
Facilitate robust connections between Curri’s teams and key stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
Design and implement effective enterprise sales strategies, supporting Account Executives and Management teams in achieving growth at local and facility levels.
Mentor internal resources to navigate enterprise accounts through various stages of maturity and expansion.
Formulate and execute strategies for account growth by leveraging partnerships and resources across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.
Provide actionable feedback to Curri’s Engineering and Operations teams to enhance our logistics and technology offerings in alignment with enterprise customer requirements.
Identify and pursue new Enterprise Accounts to expand Curri’s market presence.
