The Role
As a vital member of our Sales team, you will be instrumental in acquiring and expanding our mid-market and enterprise clientele who seek to enhance their management of phone plans for distributed teams. Collaborating closely with our Head of Gigs for Work and a dedicated Sales team, you will focus on building and nurturing a robust customer pipeline, structuring deals, and driving sustainable business growth. Your success will depend on your ability to establish strategic relationships, utilize your extensive commercial knowledge, and identify high-impact opportunities that align with our ambitious growth goals.
What You Will Do
- Sales and Outreach: Actively seek out, engage with, and establish relationships with key decision-makers in IT, security, procurement, and operations at mid-market and enterprise tech-focused companies. You will handle both incoming and outgoing leads, guide them through the sales process, and develop customized strategies and pitches that address their needs while highlighting the unique advantages of our product.
- Pipeline Management: Create, maintain, and oversee a healthy sales pipeline. You will prioritize leads based on strategic alignment, revenue potential, and anticipated timelines to ensure efficient management of opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Design, implement, and execute a compelling sales and growth strategy for Gigs for Work. Develop targeted value propositions that resonate with potential clients.
