Your Impact
As an Axon Strategic Account Executive, you will spearhead the sales of our comprehensive products and services to large enterprise clients. This is a quota-driven, external field role that demands the ability to communicate complex solutions, forge and sustain senior-level relationships, navigate various customer agencies, and guide the Axon team towards success. You will manage a substantial portfolio of clients within Australia, engaging in significant sales opportunities that often range into seven- and eight-digit figures. Your success hinges on exceptional relationship management at both operational and board levels, both internally and externally.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and expand revenue and market presence among assigned clients to optimize satisfaction and fulfill Axon’s strategic goals.
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Formulate and implement account strategies by collaborating with the account team to deliver compelling value propositions.
- Develop customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their business operations and establishing a robust contact network within accounts.
- Support the execution of strategies at the account level.
- Collaborate with specialists and experts as required.
- Supervise all account activities to ensure alignment with objectives.
