About the Role:
Join the Employee Experience & Productivity team at Motive, a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to enhancing employee productivity and experience through AI-driven solutions and digital tools. Our small yet impactful team is committed to enabling seamless workflows, fostering an environment where employees can excel in their roles.
We design, implement, and maintain innovative solutions that empower our colleagues to advance their careers, navigate HR processes efficiently, and access support promptly, all while maintaining high standards of security, governance, and data integrity. Having already demonstrated the benefits of AI and modern tools within our organization, we are now seeking a dedicated product leader to enhance our employee experience initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
As the Product Manager for Employee Experience, you will spearhead the development and execution of Motive’s internal tools and systems that facilitate employee growth and HR processes. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across IT, Engineering, Data, and various business units, you will enhance experiences that underpin critical organizational functions. This role offers broad exposure and visibility across BizTech and other departments, although your primary focus will be on employee experience initiatives. This is an individual contributor position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Employee Growth Tools: Oversee the product roadmap and complete delivery for Motive’s proprietary appraisal tool, managing all phases from requirements gathering and prioritization to design, implementation, testing, launch, and iteration.
