Recruitment Incentive
Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents are eligible for up to $20,000 in incentives, with the first $10,000 awarded upon successful completion of the Border Patrol Academy. Retention Incentive
Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents can also qualify for additional incentives of up to $40,000 distributed over the first four years.
