Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).Experience in providing end-user support through help desk, hotline, or onsite assistance (internship experience is acceptable).Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written); daily professional use required.A strong customer-service mindset and effective professional communication skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.Basic understanding of networking concepts and SD-WAN or enterprise connectivity models.Experience in an international or consulting environment is a plus.

Join our dynamic Americas IT Hub in Mexico City as an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist! This role is an exciting opportunity for early-career IT professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in a modern, cloud-first consulting environment while providing essential onsite IT support to our teams across the Americas and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include offering first-level IT support both in-person and through global service desk coverage, acting as the local point of contact for IT teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration with users and IT departments around the world. Daily onsite presence is essential to maintain our 'hands, eyes, and ears' concept.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level IT support to employees both onsite and through phone/ticketing systems.
- Serve as the primary local IT contact, facilitating communication between users and global IT teams.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 11 laptops and desktops as well as iOS mobile devices (iPhone, iPad).
- Support cloud-based workplace tools, primarily within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Ensure the availability of meeting room technology and troubleshoot video conferencing/collaboration tools.
- Assist with local IT infrastructure support, providing basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Support SD-WAN and connectivity issues, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to process improvements and participate in IT initiatives aligned with our IT Hub strategy.
- Provide rotational or scheduled coverage for the Global IT Service Hub.
