Qualifications
Qualifications:- A paralegal certificate, a Juris Doctor (JD), or current enrollment in an ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of study completed is required. Alternatively, one year of legal training or experience, or a minimum of two years of college education may substitute for the paralegal certificate.- At least one year of litigation paralegal experience is preferred.

As a Paralegal at CGS Federal, you will play a vital role in supporting a team of dedicated United States Attorneys. Working closely under the supervision of a Supervisory Paralegal or Project Supervisor, you will provide essential litigation and administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities:
- Download and manage electronic case filings (ECFs) from Pacer.
- Upload electronic case filings to automated matter systems.
- Enter filing information into case tracking systems.
- Provide links to electronic case filings for DOJ Attorneys.
- Respond to requests from DOJ attorneys for filing information.
- Compile, prepare, and summarize materials for attorney use in discovery and preparation of legal documents.
- Conduct database searches and perform basic legal research.
- Index and track document discovery and trial materials.
- Assist attorneys during courtroom proceedings.
