Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry-Level Security Product Support Specialist to join our team. This front-line technical role is dedicated to supporting clients utilizing EarthCam’s security camera and video monitoring solutions. As a crucial link between customers, engineering, sales, and field services, you will ensure systems are configured correctly, issues are diagnosed accurately, and users receive prompt, clear, and effective support. Responsibilities include reviewing security footage, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with system setups, and escalating complex problems with thorough technical documentation. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in video surveillance and security technology while making a direct impact on system reliability and customer satisfaction.
