Essential Responsibilities:
- Drive restaurant performance to achieve a 5-Star rating.
- Enhance the Domino's brand through professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication.
- Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor; implement necessary adjustments and follow-up actions.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide effective training and development for team members.
- Establish and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Inspire and motivate staff through exemplary leadership.
- Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets according to company policies.
General Team Member Duties:
- Operate all restaurant equipment efficiently.
- Manage inventory from delivery through storage and preparation areas.
- Prepare menu items and handle customer orders via phone.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one year of management experience; prior experience with Domino's is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Must comply with company image standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently or collaboratively, thrive under pressure, and adhere to strict quality standards.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand or move around for the entirety of the shift.
