As an Entry Level Recruiter or Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in sourcing top-tier consultants and contractors to fulfill client requirements across various sectors.
Your Responsibilities as an Entry Level Recruiter:
Innovatively source and recruit senior consultants and contractors using referrals, prospecting, and cold calling techniques.
Develop a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client needs.
Foster and maintain long-lasting relationships with consultants to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Utilize CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track progress and gather market intelligence.
Negotiate competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.
Work collaboratively with account executives to efficiently meet client staffing needs.
Consistently aim to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals.
Your Responsibilities as an Entry Level Account Executive:
Identify new business prospects through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation efforts.
Utilize your interpersonal skills to cultivate, maintain, and close new business opportunities.
Effectively nurture and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Manage and track market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Understand and assess client needs, along with their ideal candidate profiles.
Strive to surpass daily and weekly performance targets.
Effectively negotiate compensation structures.
Collaborate closely with recruiters to fill open positions.
