As a Field Sales Representative, you'll have the unique opportunity to be the friendly face in the neighborhood, connecting directly with customers to showcase the benefits of our services. Guided by our proven Sales Playbook, you will transform casual conversations into long-lasting customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with both new and existing customers through energetic, door-to-door outreach.
- Tailor your sales approach to meet the specific lawn care needs of each homeowner.
- Utilize our proven sales techniques to convert inquiries into sales.
- Document all customer interactions and track your performance using our CRM system.
- Expertly cross-sell and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED is required (an enthusiasm for people is a must).
- Sales or customer service experience is beneficial, but a strong drive and determination are essential.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills are key—whether it's making small talk or closing the deal.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with technology; basic mobile device skills are needed.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
