Join our dynamic global team at Sectigo as a Validation Specialist I. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations related to validation certificate orders. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive online research to verify customer organizations applying for certificates, authenticating contact details, and efficiently reviewing, auditing, and issuing certificate orders. You will collaborate closely with Sectigo’s diverse customer base and internal teams while providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Ottawa office, requiring attendance 5 days a week.
As an individual contributor, you will report directly to the Validation Specialist I.
The compensation for this role ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, reflective of individual performance, internal equity, and relevant experience.
Core responsibilities include:
- Processing orders for TLS and other security products in compliance with industry and company standards.
- Conducting thorough research to authenticate customer organizations and their contact information.
- Delivering superior customer service through phone, email, and live chat interactions.
- Independently resolving customer support issues and escalating matters as necessary.
- Managing day-to-day activities associated with maintaining the Sectigo customer base.
- Additional tasks may be assigned depending on organizational needs.
