Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager at our state-of-the-art facility located in the Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (previously Bến Lức, Long An). In this role, you will:
- Engage in the initial setup of the new factory, building an effective team and steering us towards success.
- Lead the EHS team to ensure full compliance with relevant laws, guidelines, standards, and regulations applicable to the company.
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures in alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring compliance with local occupational environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Create and maintain documentation related to hazardous materials, safety inspections, and EHS procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and spearhead incident investigations.
- Monitor and report on environmental metrics including waste, emissions, and energy consumption.
- Oversee the handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Organize or assist with internal/external EHS audits and report findings to Corporate EHS.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations and coordinate training programs on safety and emergency response, fostering a safety-first culture.
- Supervise and enhance employee relations, including hiring and training EHS engineers, officers, technicians, and medical teams.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees and resolve any issues through effective problem-solving.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
