Join our dynamic team at ec-electric as an Environmental Health & Safety Administrative Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will provide vital administrative support to our EHS Directors and the entire Environmental Health & Safety team. We seek a professional who is positive, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and events, managing EHS data entry, documentation, and maintaining comprehensive EHS files. While this position is primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Conduct high-volume data entry tasks, including audits, observations, incidents, training documentation, and meeting reports.
- Organize, maintain, and archive EHS training and safety documentation to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Manage and update digital EHS systems, online forms, and automated workflows for accuracy and functionality.
- Create and analyze spreadsheets for reporting and departmental tracking needs.
- Research safety policies and assist in drafting and updating EHS documents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning team-building activities and departmental events, including travel arrangements for EHS directors.
- Coordinate online and in-person training sessions, overseeing all logistical details.
- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence preparation and documenting meeting notes.
