About the Role:
We are in search of a skilled Recruiter with extensive expertise in EPC recruitment to oversee the complete recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles within engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management sectors. The perfect candidate will possess in-depth industry knowledge and a well-established network in the EPC field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for positions across various EPC sectors including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Process, Structural, and Project Management.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ascertain staffing needs.
- Identify and source candidates through job platforms (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other effective channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings, assess their experience, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and organize interviews, manage feedback processes, and guarantee a smooth candidate journey.
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases.
- Negotiate salaries, notice periods, and joining timelines in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to turnaround time (TAT) and minimize offer declines.
- Stay informed about EPC industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor recruitment strategies.
