In response to this expanding market demand, we are launching a global specialization that focuses on enhancing the human aspect of AI and ERP transformations. We are searching for a Change Specialization Lead to define, cultivate, and expand this capability across the globe, with responsibilities that include market development, revenue enhancement, and solution commercialization. This role uniquely combines business development, solution sales, productization, and advisory leadership, necessitating a keen eye for market opportunities, the ability to package distinct offerings, and the capacity to drive adoption in intricate enterprise settings.
You will collaborate directly with executive leaders from client organizations as well as internal stakeholders to devise transformation strategies, craft unique offerings, and establish Prosci as the premier authority in change enablement for AI and ERP initiatives. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and has a matrix reporting line to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Strategic Pursuit Support
Act as a senior solution architect on pivotal client opportunities concerning AI and ERP transformations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Leaders, and Account Teams to design and position tailored change solutions that align with financial objectives
- Transform ERP and AI transformation initiatives into clear organizational change strategies and adoption methodologies
- Lead and/or engage in client discussions as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Work with the Chief Revenue Officer and market sales to establish a robust pipeline, bookings, and revenue that align with financial forecasts
- Develop and present AI-enabled solutions as distinctive, market-ready offerings
Practice Leadership & Offering Development
Oversee the strategy, commercialization, and expansion of the firm's specialization in change management for AI and ERP transformations.
- Define and refine service offerings aligned with ERP and AI-driven transformations
- Create a comprehensive playbook for AI and ERP proposals, solution narratives, and statements of work
- Build solution models that correspond with major ERP platforms and AI-driven transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to bolster market positioning and thought leadership
- Contribute to internal capacity building and training
- Establish standards and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
