SUMMARY
We are seeking an Escalation Expert to join our CTO team and amplify the power of Wiz. In this role, you will proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex customer issues while acting as a crucial link between customers and our engineering and product teams. You will tackle challenging technical problems, provide valuable feedback to shape our product's future, and contribute to the development of our internal tools, with a strong emphasis on harnessing AI to enhance our capabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take ownership of our most intricate customer technical challenges, executing deep-dive troubleshooting and analysis to drive resolutions.
- Proactively identify potential escalations and advocate for the customer, ensuring their most pressing technical challenges influence our product and engineering roadmap.
