Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant specializing in Estate Planning at Mercer Advisors, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to our Estate Planning Group within Wealth Solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass client onboarding, meeting scheduling, and processing incoming and outgoing estate plans (including the assembly and scanning of estate plan binders and preparation of tracking slips). This role also involves a variety of support activities to guide clients through the estate planning process. A keen attention to detail and excellent written communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating referrals to the estate planning group from internal advisors.
- Assisting with the client intake process for the estate planning team, including creating folders, inputting initial data into our CRM, and verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data.
- Coordinating the scheduling of initial client meetings and follow-ups.
