Join Ramboll Management Consulting Belgium as our new EU Tender Manager and take a pivotal role in enhancing our Public Procurement initiatives in Brussels.
Your Role
As the EU Tender Manager, you will oversee the tender process, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled, deadlines are met, and collaboration among experts, partners, and internal teams is seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify tender opportunities with EU and international organizations and support market intelligence efforts.
- Coordinate the complete tender preparation process—from opportunity identification to submission—ensuring adherence to administrative and technical requirements.
- Engage with internal experts and external partners to gather necessary inputs and ensure timely contributions.
- Assist in proposal development, including CV formatting, reference tracking, and document preparation.
- Contribute to budget preparation and ensure financial compliance.
- Monitor tender outcomes and aid in the evaluation and enhancement of sales and business development processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal Ramboll processes and tools.
Your Profile:
- Possess a relevant university degree.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in tender preparation; familiarity with EU public procurement is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple deadlines.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to produce high-quality, well-structured documents.
- Possess an excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in French is an asset.
- Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong team spirit.
- Adopt a service-minded, collaborative, and commercially aware approach, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must have the right to live and work in the EU and be based in Belgium by the start date.
