Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Evening Shift) is a vital position within Roadside Protect, part of Bosch Service Solutions. In this role, you will assist customers in resolving a range of roadside issues that can significantly affect their personal or professional lives. Your ability to empathize and communicate effectively will be essential in establishing rapport with customers and gathering the necessary information to provide assistance.
Since its inception in 2002, Roadside Protect has successfully managed over 2,000,000 dispatches. Our mission is to offer unparalleled support during critical moments when individuals find themselves stranded and in need of immediate help.
Work Hours: Full-Time (30 Hours): 3:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers requiring roadside assistance and handle various call types, including repair approvals, rental requests, insurance claims, trip interruptions, and claims administration.
- Daily, you will gather situational information to facilitate service requests while utilizing our internal and external tools and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
Training: Our in-office training focuses on familiarizing you with our systems and applications, processes, and call handling. This training lasts two weeks (Monday to Friday).
