Your Role:
Take charge of all event logistics and operations, orchestrating schedules, catering, travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and deliveries for various simultaneous events.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and milestones meticulously to guarantee seamless execution and attention to detail.
Engage with vendors and external partners to solidify contracts, clarify deliverables, and address on-site requirements effectively.
Provide proactive, hands-on support during events, overseeing setup, registration, and management of speakers and executives while addressing issues promptly.
Ensure brand consistency by managing creative assets such as signage, presentations, and promotional materials.Assist with post-event evaluations, including gathering feedback, generating reports, archiving assets, and tracking ROI.
What You Bring to the Team:
3–5 years of experience in event coordination, production support, or marketing operations.
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere.
Experience collaborating with vendors, managing logistics, and supporting live events from inception to completion.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
