We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Event Operations Specialist to enhance the logistics and operations of our global conference and tradeshow initiatives, specifically within our Life Sciences and Corporate divisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our tradeshow marketing team and work alongside the Life Sciences Marketing Manager to ensure the success of life sciences-focused events, all while reporting to the Global Event Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the scheduling, planning, and logistics for trade shows and global corporate conferences.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Leads, and the tradeshow marketing team to implement strategies, focus areas, and onsite tactics to ensure a standout presence.
Produce trade shows with a focus on consistency and collaboration while adhering to established guidelines and procedures. Educate cross-functional teams and establish effective workflow solutions.
Align with business goals for each event to maximize company ROI.
Familiarize yourself with our event technology options and deploy them as needed to support events.
Oversee trade show and event contracts, including invoice processing and budget management for assigned events.
Collaborate with approved promotional vendors to ensure enticing giveaways and promotional items for events. Manage inventory to minimize waste while maximizing options.
Execute and manage the following tasks:
Provide regular updates to keep internal stakeholders informed about upcoming events and deadlines.
Prepare pre-show/event briefing documents and conduct necessary pre-event meetings.
Evaluate and manage booth requirements, collaborating with internal design teams to create effective assets.
Work closely with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth logistics and execution.
