Event Technology Manager

Location: Must be available for remote work on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance user experience for both pre-event and onsite registration processes for virtual and in-person events.
- Oversee the implementation and project management of event registration websites and apps, ensuring all technology aspects are seamlessly integrated.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise.
- Manage client evaluations, including save-the-dates, invitations, registrations, and confirmations.
- Maintain database integrity, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information, and generate data lists as needed.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients, addressing all inquiries within designated service level agreements.
- Collaborate with the event delivery team to coordinate overall program logistics.
