About the job
Aibidia is on the lookout for a talented Events Manager to spearhead the development, execution, and assessment of our comprehensive events strategy. In this vital role, you will significantly contribute to enhancing our brand visibility, engaging with key stakeholders, and curating unforgettable experiences that resonate with our mission of fostering innovation in Transfer Pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of Industry Events: Oversee our participation in prominent industry events year-round. As a sponsor, you will coordinate attendees, manage the stand logistics, capitalize on branding opportunities, and organize evening social events for clients. You will design and produce booth materials and handle shipping logistics. Act as the main liaison with external stakeholders regarding operational details and logistics.
Planning and Execution of Roadshows: Collaborate with partners to plan and execute smaller roadshow events. Responsibilities include securing venues, crafting the agenda and content, and working alongside Sales and selected Partners to define attendee lists. You will coordinate event logistics, catering, AV setup, on-site branding, content/speaker preparation (with Product Marketing), and promotional activities (with Digital Marketing).
Management of Roundtable Events: Work closely with Account Executives across various regions, subject matter experts, and product teams to facilitate smaller Account-Based Marketing (ABM) style events. You will lead the event planning process, including venue selection, coordinating attendee outreach with AEs, tracking registrants, and contributing to the creation of necessary content.
Digital Event Coordination: Strategically plan and manage a digital events calendar that encompasses both thought leadership and product showcase discussions. We utilize Livestorm for these initiatives.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Support speaker preparation and liaise with AEs and Customer Success to identify high-potential attendees (prospects and customers) to meet pipeline objectives. Partner with Product Marketing to enhance our digital showcase events and create content/demos for physical events. Collaborate with Digital Marketing for event promotion, social media updates, and lead capture/reporting processes. Maintain an organized calendar of events, deadlines, and key deliverables to share across the company.
Event Promotion and Attendee Engagement: Lead the planning of event-related communications and campaigns, including email copy/invitations, and post-event follow-up strategies. Ensure branded merchandise is available at all events.
