Your Mission
As the Events Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in scaling AfterShip's events marketing initiatives by ensuring consistent, high-quality execution while contributing to the overarching events strategy for tradeshows and other field events.
Positioned within the Marketing team, you will oversee the comprehensive execution of AfterShip’s tradeshow and field events program, while also playing a pivotal role in shaping how these events drive pipeline growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen brand visibility year after year.

This role requires a blend of hands-on execution and strategic insight, demanding strong operational rigor along with the ability to refine how events are organized, prioritized, and assessed over time.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Marketing Events Strategy: Lead the entire lifecycle of AfterShip’s tradeshow and field events program, from annual calendar planning and event selection to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Execute High-Impact Logistics: Manage all operational aspects for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including vendor negotiations, venue selection, staffing coordination, and inventory management.
