With Intelligence, a recent acquisition of S&P Global, specializes in providing data and organizing events tailored for the investment management sector.
The Events Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing – Pension Bridge, taking charge of the marketing initiatives for both American and Asian portfolios.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive marketing strategies, executing campaigns across diverse channels, conducting thorough data research, and collaborating with key industry stakeholders. You will also work cross-functionally to build strong relationships with various business stakeholders. This position focuses on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to audience attendance, revenue generation, allocator participation, and enhancing Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
The ideal candidate is personable, adaptable, and proactive, with confidence in both independent and team-based work environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for all conferences associated with the American events portfolio.
- Effectively implement marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and increase delegate registration.
- Collaborate closely with teams such as Investor Relations, Content, Operations, and Commercial to create an engaging outreach plan for target audiences.
- Engage with other internal brands and platforms to cultivate a network of active contacts.
- Facilitate sponsorship outreach initiatives across the portfolio.
- Conduct thorough data research requests tailored to the specific audiences for each event.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the event marketing strategy, providing insights on successes and areas for improvement to meet audience targets.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and targets established by the team, with the agility to adjust campaigns as needed.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing executives.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills essential for planning and executing time-sensitive events.
- Proven experience in B2B event marketing.
- A passionate, self-driven, and ambitious mindset, committed to contributing to the growth of this dynamic brand.
- Demonstrable collaboration skills across all levels of leadership and teams.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the investment management domain is preferred but not mandatory.
