The Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant located in Singapore to deliver high-impact support to two senior leaders at Airwallex.
In this capacity, you will act as a trusted partner, managing intricate scheduling, travel arrangements, and operational workflows, allowing our leaders to concentrate on their most vital priorities. This fast-paced and highly visible role demands strong judgment, discretion, and the foresight to anticipate needs before they arise.
Responsibilities:
Primary Executive Support
- Oversee the end-to-end calendar management, including complex scheduling across various time zones, meeting prioritization, and proactively resolving conflicts.
